Registration

Although the majority of our services do not require any form of customer registration, we do require registration for the use of certain services, the auctions and store items. • to provide a first and last name on messages sent from your HubSwirl email account
• to share your information with select sponsors and partners who work with HubSwirl, only if you allow us to do so (as we explain below)
  to allow our sponsors and partners to communicate with you, but only if you tell us you want to receive these communications about their services and offers

If you indicate to us that you do not want to receive certain types of communications at the time of registration, we will respect your wishes, and comply with your preferences. Platform & Mobile App Services

During the regular use of our service and apps, information is collected and used for buliding personal or proffectional networks, udating profile information and provide recommendations for better user experince. Users have full control on how their network veiws their data from their Pricacy Settings

The mobile Apps are an extension of the HubSiwrl Eccousystem. Data is collected from the platform for use and display on the Hubswirl eccosystem & both the Android and IOS Mobile Apps. Data is also collected on Android and IOS Mobile Apps for use and display on the Appa & Hubsiwrl eccosystem. The Hubswirl eccosystem consists of https://hubswirl.com, https://shopolu.com, https://hubSpin.com, https://hiretree.com.

Data collected:

• Contacts from the mobile device- *We only collect this information if the user requests that their contacts to be collected to add to and update their account contact lists.
• GPS locaton - *This is used for finding  deals/offers, events & organizations near your location. Also it is only collected for a the single use and only on the mobile app and it is not shared within the HubSwirl platforms.
• Registration data. This is shared with the HubSiwlr eccousystem for platform usage and login
• Profile updates - Profile data such as user name, profile advitar and banner is shared for updating both the online platform eccosuystem and both the Android & IOS mobile Apps.

Contests, Etc.
From time to time, we may run contests on our site in which we ask participants for contact information, such as their email addresses). If you participate in contests, your contact information will be used primarily to reach you in connection with the contests. We may also use the collected contact information to send you information about HubSwirl, our services, as well as offers tailored to your interests by our advertisers and sponsors, if you have opted to receive these communications. You may choose to opt-out of receiving such mailings at the time of registration for the contest, or afterwards.

We do not Share any Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties

HubSwirl has build our own Advertising module. We do not share your personal information with any third-party companies. Additionally, every user and content creator can opt out of veiwing or particiating in our internal advertising program. 

PLEASE NOTE: In certain special cases, we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to you, or otherwise injuring or interfering with HubSwirl's rights, property or operations, other HubSwirl's users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. HubSwirl may collect I.P. addresses for purposes of system administration, to report anonymous user information to our advertisers (as explained above), and to audit the use of our site. We will however collect and display I.P. location of all item listings for the purpose of fraud reductions.
